I don't think the prosecution had an adequately enough built case to truly convict. Too much contamination of the scene to use the evidence, shoddy police work and well beyond a shadow of a doubt. Personally, I don't see how she was convicted in the first place....
With that being said, that does not mean I believe she did or did not commit the crime. Simply that they sucked at building a case to stand on. Just my thoughts though --------------------  94 ST--- Project Fury |
