forced engineers!
Is the IACV, under the throttle body, if so, is it a sensor, or can someone give me some detail on what it looks like, because I know the TPS is on the right of the throttle body if you were lookin at it straight on from the front of our cars, then there is the other sensor on the bottom left of it, but dont recall whats under the throttle body, is the IACV directly under it, or on the bottom of it??????? thanx for some details, peace, |

impact helped for 2 but also messed up 2 for me entirely. its also good to use a screw bit that attached to a 1/4 ratchet have used this method on other cars.
Cax, it does kinda work but is not the best, i've tried that too, didn't work its best till i removed the IAC entirely and cleaned it. Thanx for the detail Smaay, I should have no troubles now, I hope this is the reason why my car doesnt like to idle on initial start-up in the morning until it warms up for 3-4 minutes, then idles perfect....TRD thanx for the caution on the screws, I will have long nose vice grips ready at my side, regular carb cleaner with a clean rag should take care of it right?? ![]() Thats exactly what was going on with my car the last few years. Didn't actually get to it until i did research. -------------------- 94 Celica GT
