 gauge cluster help |

I put the reverse glow gauge in my 94 celica and I reset the needles to zero on everything and I put it back in car and as soon as I turn the key over the gauge goes every which way except where they're suppose too. Anyone give some advice on how to reset the needles where they work?? Thanks in advance
