Today a friend of mine told me about a product called Plasti Dip spray paint. He said it acts like a rubber coating over your existing paint and doesn't do any damage
![]() I think this is a great idea for those guys in the photoshop request thread who are always asking members to edit their rims paint so they can see which color looks best. Just youtube search plasti dip rims and you'll understand what I'm talking about. They say about one can per rim. Applying about 4-5 coats per rim. Question is, how does this hold up to washing your car? In another forum, a few have done it their wheels with satisfactory results.
1 guy did it to his off-road Jeep & says he's had no issues. Best thing about it IMO, if you don't like it, peel it off! |
