hi, my 1995 toyota celica GT is starting up at 200 revs..is this normal as it gets colder outside or does it suggest a problem somewhere? can i turn the revs down or is that not a good idea. any help would be much appriciated.
thanks that should say 2000 reves on start up.. |

Maybe bad temp sensor. Computer thinks it -40F and richens the fuel mixture. |
