i have stripped my damn axle nut and can't get it off...tried pb, wd40, breaker bar and now even an impact wrench at 345ft-lb and it still won't turn....it is on the passenger side and now with all those method, the nut is completely destroyed. im so at a lost right now...any ideas i can get this piece of crap off without having to cut the axle or mess up the threads on the axle spindle?

damn...wish i could do that, but i don't have any access to a welding tool or a welder. Do you think I can cut it...it looks like soft metal...the nut is from an aftermarket axle found in any kragen or autozone store. i don't mind breaking the nut as i have spares, but i don't want to damage the thread since it is still good.
