i have stripped my damn axle nut and can't get it off...tried pb, wd40, breaker bar and now even an impact wrench at 345ft-lb and it still won't turn....it is on the passenger side and now with all those method, the nut is completely destroyed. im so at a lost right now...any ideas i can get this piece of crap off without having to cut the axle or mess up the threads on the axle spindle?

You could (i have seen it done and have done it at a autoshop but at your own risk) use a VERY heavy duty center punch and a heavy hammer angle the center punch from the top towards the loosening side and wack it it done right with enough force will loosen it a lil then keep wacking it till it spins although don't do it straight into the axel don't know how to explain it very well.
