i have stripped my damn axle nut and can't get it off...tried pb, wd40, breaker bar and now even an impact wrench at 345ft-lb and it still won't turn....it is on the passenger side and now with all those method, the nut is completely destroyed. im so at a lost right now...any ideas i can get this piece of crap off without having to cut the axle or mess up the threads on the axle spindle?

I had a similar issue, although the nut was not on the axle. I used a die grinder (but im sure that any decent rotatory tool will suffice), but I pretty much cut it off very carefully, as it got close to the threads I used a flathead to break apart the nut.
