 Best Coilover Kit, Tein, Ground Control, or what? |

HEy guys i wanna lower my car prolly an inch and a half-2 inches with a coilover kit. Does anyone here have the Tein kit? I know Tein is a pretty good company but their coilovers were like $1350 for our celica! Whats the best combo of ride comfort, performance, and value?

I only have 36k miles on it, but my friends always point out how choppy the ride is. I just want to help this problem...
