How difficult/what's involved is it to remove this leaky seal and put in a new one? Thanks guys!

I remember having a hard time reinstalling the distributor with the valve cover on. The forks kept spinning and didnt want to seat inside the camshaft.
I found it much easier to just remove the valve cover. Only like 4 big nuts. -------------------- -93 Rx7, Turbo 6.1L v8, 725rwhp/760rwtq
