Was wondering if there should be a vacuum effect going on if I was the pull this line out?

There is air blowing out of the hose that's coming out of the valve cover but there's no air sucking in at the throttle?

does this mean I have leak somewhere?

the car seem to idle just fine now that I reseal the valve cover gasket.

i cant see a pic if you posted on so im gonna guess that the hose you are talking about is the crankcase ventilation hose. there would be no vacuum on that hose. if you want to suck seafoam into the intake a good place would be the brake booster line
