 Boost Problem, only boosting to 5 pounds |

so my gauge is telling me that I am only boosting 5PSI when I open up full. I checked what Vac lines I could see and I don't see or feel a leak any where. the car is running like it was before, (not Idling high either.) I am also hearing what sounds to be turbo flutter. the BoV seems to be working fine, opens and closes as it should be.
and now I am lost on what to do... Kevin |

if you have a compressor you can hook it up to your waste gate actuator and blow it open and closed if it has gotten stuck
my car was stuck in limp mode because it was ingesting oil from bad turbo seals and causing detonaion aswell. never knew it until i turned it off and hosed down every tube with carb cleaner. This post has been edited by Neon90424: Nov 22, 2011 - 3:58 AM -------------------- |
