so I got bord an decided to mod my spoiler

Mine wasn't that much more flexible. That's not to say that I would put too much pressure on it, but it supports itself just fine in every situation I've seen. Then again, mine isn't as wide as the coupe spoiler. I've had my center post removed since 2008 without any issues.
