Having a little trouble deciding on which wheel I should purchase. Please help by picking one or the other.

Neither, as long as the bolt pattern is 5x100 you can go bigger than 16. I'v got 17s and could easily run 18s. For the flush look, go for a rim with an offset around +25mm. This will allow the rim to become closer to flush, and can pull off the deep dish lip. I love the look of bronze rims on a white celica, chrome don't get you home.

I did have a set of 17s on it once before. When I put the 15s back on it for winter it felt a little stronger. not a whole lot, just enough to notice a difference. Thats why I wanted either 15s or 16s. But the more I look I think I am going to end up going with 17s again. Thanks for the offset info.
