Hi all,

I have just got myself a GT4 ST205 for a bit of fun as I have a daily driver that is very competent but not really fun. Itd going to be a bit of a project to turn it in to a track car so I am hoping to pick up some good information and idea's.

I have spent 10years tuning German turbo cars so the GT4 is a bit different but I am learning fast smile.gif

It must have dropped off since I was on there then. In that case I suggest joining toymods. It's an Australian site dedicated to Toyotas of all types. There is a GT-four specific thread that is thousands of pages long and many people on there who know a fnck load about them.

Some of you may have seen the GT8, the ST185 Group A with a twin turbo 1uz in it, Justen, the owner/builder is a wealth of GT-four and technical knowledge.

Unless you plan on making 4 or 500 kw at the wheels the stock drivetrain (but reco'd) with a decent clutch will hold up.
