x2 on finding out what exactly is making the noise.

if you press against the door panel from the inside, does it still rattle? i found mine rattled along the top of the door panel. the metal piece that extends along the top of the interior door panel that hooks onto the metal door frame, well that so-called hook piece widens over time as you close the door shut. it just needed to be bent back tighter to secure the panel on the door frame. otherwise, other common sources for vibration on the door is the door handle (just bend the bracket that secures the 10mm bolt further inwards) and the plastic pivot on the metal door panel that connects the mechanical rods for the latch and manual door lock (a thick piece of foam padding kept it pressed between the door panel and metal door frame). my doors didn't rattle after that even on the highest volume.
