There is some kind of a locking bolt that bolts the exhaust on to the header. It looks like a regular 14mm pipe but with a 7mm bolt inside of it. Does anyone know how to loosen this bolt? Do i loosen the 7mm first, or will i just break it then? I cant reach the 14mm with a regular socket wrench because of the 7mm. Do i need a spesial tool?

That's not a lock bolt, that's just the exhaust stud. Lube the 14 mm nut up so it'll break free easier and get at it with a deep well socket and it'll come right off, leaving the exhaust stud in place. But be careful, because the nut is soft aluminum and will round off very easily.
