Hi all,
I just noticed an issue with my front brakes. ![]() This is happening to the inner and outer pads on the front brakes. Could it be that I have the wrong pads, or the rotors have been machined down more than 300mm. Also I noticed that on turns the ball joints come in contact with the rotors. I can clearly see the marks engraved on the front rotors from the ball joint. Would anyone know what is the cause of these 2 issues? |

the problem with your conversion, is that its custom. before machining down the rotor, first wast to check if the pad would actually fit, at least a guestimation.
i would measure the rotor as well, it could be its less than 300. as far as the ball joint hitting, that was a well known situation, that some members addressed with a spacer. -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years...
