 question about selling my car, bank has title |

Hi guys I sold my celica awhile back and got a 09 subaru legacy and I'm thinking about selling it and I just wanted to ask the community for some help. Does anyone have any info on what the process would be if the bank still has the title and what I need to do any help would be appreciated.

If you are still paying, you doubtfuly have the title. If you do, and its just lien marked, before you sell it. You have to settle that lien, or come to an agreement with the buyer, and lien holder. |
