I have a 5SFE for sale and someone with a 98 Camry is looking to buy it, but they're concerned about the emissions set up.

My thoughts are, if they use the extractors/exhaust and intake off the 98 Camry, it should bolt up and run right? After all; OBD2 is just more emissions sensors essentially, right?

To summarize; can they install my engine (OBD1) and use their harness/ECU to run it??

Yes. bloodMoney is more familiar with this than I am but he's been running an OBDI engine in his OBDII car for a while. You're essentially just using all the wiring and sensors from the OBDII car.
