does anyone in the seattle/western washington area know of any reputable shops that would be able to perform the 3sgte swap into my 99 gt??

Take it to Auto Boogie...
...if you never wanna see your car again, would like some custom paint damage, don't mind your car getting hit by other cars, and enjoy being lied to about your swap on a weekly basis. If that's not the sorta thing you want, I've heard great things about Maxx Autoworks in Federal Way. I think they're pretty expensive though. Also, maybe ask Four...he paid $7,000 I believe to get his swap done, but it's done right and he loves it. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
