 Axle Rattle |

Hi everyone,
when I am in neutral and revving, I hear a rattle from the passenger side axle. I raised the car and put pressure against the axle and that stopped the rattle. I started looking to see what's missing and i think something is not right with the mounting of the bracket. So, do you guys think rack and pinion could cause rattles that is unrelated to speed?
