I just replaced the ECU and my car is running now. It's still running rough/shaking just like it did before the ECU died though. I am not driving it because I am worried something else might cause this ECU to break as well. Is the some type of voltage control module for it or something?

I'd check power to the fuel pump. Sounds like a ground issue there, or a relay issue. Very possibly bad gas as well.
