 5sfe questions, Intake manifold ? and T/B |

So i am going to build up my 5sfe but i have few questions, has any company ever name a better intake manifold ? or should i just look into making a custom 1 ? i am also looking to get a bigger t/b, i am not sure what would fit ?

the gains are not worth the $$$ its still a 5S-FE that doesnt make alot of power
