so when i go to roll down my window it starts off slow, then you see the glass drop down like 1/4 of an inch with a clunk then rolls down nice and smooth, then you go to roll it up starts off fast gets to a certain point and it slows down, at the same time its slightly spreading door frame apart, few days ago it pushed the door frame apart enough to make it hard to shut my door(wouldn't catch) and finally corrected itself. when you look into the door frame you can see the regulator twisting when it starts to slow down. i tightened all the bolts/nuts. tried to adjust track angle, that did nothing. cant find anything in the haynes manual. just wondering if anyone else has had this issue... the track is not sticky, cables look fine...hopefully someone can shed some light.

its not you spider, its every time someone asks a question that is not found easily. happened a few times so far and people suggest things ive tried, i always try before even coming on here as getting a problem solved here sometimes is like trying to find a needle in a haystack....just dont put up with people who do not read the original post and suggest things i have already done...trust me it happens to most forums geared towards one make/model of car all the ones ive been on only help with mods or engine swaps most of the time....and that is why i barely come here.......as always with stuff i need to figure it out for myself.
