I'm moving to Syracuse, NY this summer for school and was wondering if anyone near there has some information on what the emissions and safety requirements are in the area.

I'm mostly concerned with visual inspection on the 3rd Gen 3SGTE and emissions requirements (no catalytic converter).

I'd also like to get in touch with other members in the area, I saw several in Rochester and a few others scattered around on the member map.

Thanks for the info. When is the Delaware water gap meet? I've been debating putting a high flow cat on the car when I replace my muffler. It sounds like a 3000lb bumble bee on the freeway, which gets annoying after a while, although full throttle sounds amazing. The other question is whether they would inspect the fuel cell, especially since it smells like gas. I'm going to go to the shop that built it to see if installing hard lines would take care of it (rubber fuel lines as of now).
