 healights upgrade, what to do??.. |

I have 95 celica with the stock headlights and i want to get rid of the old looking light color ..i try to use hid but they where tooooooo bright so i had to remove them amd im stock with my old bulbs again any ideas on what to do to get that white blueish looking lights?

Philips and Sylvania make "HID lookalike" halogen bulbs. Sylvania is $50? or so a pack, while the Philips are $30 or less. Can't remember, they're on Amazon.
