so new project , not much gunna happen for a awhile , as i have to fix a few things on my offroad truck and tidy up some thing on omy daily driver before sled pullin season , but had to pull my 3sgte out and couldnt resist getting an idea of what i am working with on this build so i leave you with one pic

I'm in to see if this is possible... When I measured for the 7mgte-r154 tranny combo the shifter hole came up in the center console, so I would imagine the 1uz-w58 would be around the coin holder....

When I measured for the 7mgte-r154 tranny combo the shifter hole came up in the center console, so I would imagine the 1uz-w58 would be around the coin holder.... part of the reason going v8 and w58 were for these reason , the 1uz being a v8 can is a bit shorter depth ways so allows for more forward back movement when placing along with the tunnel being smaller for the w58 is and smaller trans then the r154 , i will plan for a fairly stock and functional interior no race car look ,lol |
