Are jdm taillights just plug and play or howu install them

The USDM wiring harness has an extra bulb that the JDM tails don't have. Otherwise, yes it's all plug and play. I don't mean to sound like a douche, but there is a how-to for this and other basic but tasteful mods in the stickies
 Give those a look and before you know it, you'll have a great looking Celica and you'll make it look easy.
