Ive been having major problems with my lower control arms lately. The bolts that thread into the frame in the center of the control arm (largest bushing) continually come loose, which has resulted in stripped out threads on the frame. Ive had the frame drilled and tapped, but that only worked for a month or so.

All bolts are torqued to the recommended 116 ft/lbs (according to the Toyota repair manual).

I swapped out to poly bushings on the front end and have Eibach Sportlines/KYB GR-2's with 17" TC rims and 205 40 R17 tires as of about two years ago. (Pretty rough ride sometimes, i can only imagine what the suspension goes through...)

Anyone have issues with this kind of thing, or possibly some advice?
