 Unknown hoses |

What are these 2 hoses and what are they supposed to connect to? IIRC my mechanic plugged them to bring my idle back to normal, but now its idling at 1600 rpm.

I don't know where they go, that's why I asked
 I can't see them through the engine bay, and have to pay $ every time I use the hoist. Nothing was disconnected purposely, we found those hoses while installing an axle. I'm not going to spend a lot of money on this, because a 1600 rpm idle isn't really a huge deal, but still annoying.
