does anyone know how to adjust the idle on the 2.2 celica? my idle sits right above 1k rmp and i want to drop it a little without retarding my timing. i was looking to see if there was some kind of adjusting screw like most cars, but i didnt see anything. can anyone help me out? thanks!

reset your A/F ratio, that should help a bit.
disconnect the battery, let it sit for a few minutes, then reconnect the battery, start the car, and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes at idle. Don't hit the gas or anything. It might be a high idle at first, but it should start to drop after a few minutes. |
