I have a 1997 Toyota Celica GT.
Everytime I turn off my car after it has been driven while it's warm. It always has clicking or dripping noise after I turn it off. I noticed it does the same thing with my fathers 97 camry le(same engine as mine). Is this normal? Or is there something else? -------------------- |

To a minor degree all internal combustion engined cars click after they are shut down. The exhaust system, which was at 500°-1,000° starts to cool and as metal cool its contracts. So the ding and click noises you hear are usually the metal exhaust relieving tension.
