Yes and no.
Yes, you should go into the build with some rough idea of what you're going to spend. The better question should be, "How much are you WILLING to spend" for 500hp. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
