Tein and Tanabe are more reputable brands and are made in Japan, and everywhere I have seen they cost more than BC/Megan/D2/Ksport, and they don't include damping adjustment/pillowball mounts/camber plates. But the Tein and Tanabe actually bolt up properly (don't have the backwards brake line bracket like the others).
Comparing these Japan and Taiwan coilovers is the same thing as comparing Honda/Toyota to Kia/Hyundai. With the Kia/Hyundai you get more features for a cheaper price, but its still a Kia/Hyundai. |
