When jacking the car up i noticed lots of play on the coil spring are the oe spec struts not allowing the springs to seat properly in the rear? any help would be great

Thats weird! you sure the monroe struts are the same size, TRD springs are not much lower than stock so should be a snug fit. Bump stops won't make noises they just stop the car from bottoming out, Id put money on it that its something related to the spring moving, defs have the the 2 rubbers on each spring end, bit inbetween strut mount and bearing? I forget how the rear was setup.
