So, I'm in the process of starting an auto-to-manual swap and would like to know if the ECU from a 7A-equipped 'Rolla would work in my OBDII ST.

I've got two part numbers here; neither match the '97 AT200 ECU, except for the first number sequence.
89661‑02290
89661‑02330

The first is for the XE model, the second is for DX and LE; both are '97 units. I am assuming here that as long as the car I pull it from is OBDII, it should work correctly. Research on the interwebs hasn't turned up a conclusive answer, so I appreciate any help in advance.

^ Exactly. The junkyard I'll go to has a week-long return policy, so swap 'er out in the parking lot and if it's no good, bring it right back. I thought the same in accordance to mapping, but I'm more concerned about the plugs. I'd rather not cut into my existing harness, that's just asking for issues...
