 jack stands points |

for some reason im always confused about where to place the jack stands i just wanna be safe and i dont wanna cause any damage to the car, so i need to know where is the safest and the best spot to place the jack stands(front end)?

Thanx everyone for the replay, i wont be able to place the jack stands under the cross member im changing the rear engine mount so i have to remove the cross member, probably would be easier to use ramps but i dont like ramps & im gonna have to buy some eh.
