 strut inserts, how do they work |

Ok i got a simple question
how do you install strut inserts? i havent bought a pair yet but im planning on getting the stagg struts here kinda soon an justt want some heads up on how to install them Sorry for such a noob question guys But i tried to search it an found nothng an i asked richee3 an he wasnt real sure eather -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

Its pretty straight forward really. Its best to have a bench vice, in my experience it really helps. There is a flat nut of sorts that retains the inserts, put the strut assembly in the vice and use ford wrench (or some channel locks) and unscrew the retainer. Remove insert. Assembly is opposite of removal. Im sure somewhere on here is a write up for this.
