Squeaking clutch noice Options

For years I have had this squeaking when i press the clutch, it sounds like it come from the engine bay rather than the pedals.

Now after the ST205 been in the garage for a year its worse than ever, people on the street turn around if I press the clutch at a stoplight..

It does not sound like a mechanic (as in metal to metal) sound, its more like a uhm, cheap kid whistle.

Any ideas ?

I was thinking of changing the clutch fluid as the first thing, but it looked like it was a PITA to do

It just feels strange if it is the slave cylinder that sounds like that when it have been working for years with this sound.

..I haven't looked but I guess that its impossible to change the slave cylinder without removing the transmission on those cars, which means that there is no way in h**l I would do it until it stop working completly

If it is friction between metal parts well, hard to do anything about that too from the outside
