What's a good unit out there? I'm on a low budget so don't go all crazy lol

What engine? I'm assuming 5S? SAFC will do the trick for that low of boost levels. It's been done numerous times. Megasquirt is...OK at best....on the right application. It's not worth the headaches for a low boost/low HP build.
