What sway bar bushing for the rear is similar to our 17mm Celica? Its so hard to find the rear sway bar bushings these days locally and sometimes online without having to get like energy suspension ones that come with the bracket. any cars similar bushing?

For the stock sway bar in teh rear, from energy suspension I got the 16mm.
I read aroudn that thats what everyone had used in the passd and was also the stock sizing. When you split the bushing and put it on, theres probably a mm or 2 gap in the opening, which is nothing much at all. I think with the 17mm there would be too much space around the bar, so I'd probably go for the 16mm.
