What sway bar bushing for the rear is similar to our 17mm Celica? Its so hard to find the rear sway bar bushings these days locally and sometimes online without having to get like energy suspension ones that come with the bracket. any cars similar bushing?

Yepp I believe so.
Do a search and there was a thread about a month ago talking about rear sway bar bushings from energy suspension, and there was a direct link and part number to the ones that I bought. I tried quick but couldn't seem to find anything, but it should be around.
