hi guys,
I have bought a intercooler that doesn't have amounting bracket or a place to mount, I will need to put a couples of hole it. Is it ok or will damage the cooling system? I need some input before i start drilling? Thanks

Dont drill. Take it to have bungs welded on it for mounting. You would likely have some trouble removing the metal shavings from inside the intercooler if you drilled it. Not the sort of bit that you would want to put under the scalpel.
