How to affix(attach) TOM's lip?

trdproven View Member Profile Enthusiast Joined Aug 2, '05 From Guam Currently Offline Reputation: 15 (100%)	there is supposed to be like a bracket or clip. but yea you can use screws too like that. you can also use all the brackets on the underside and then doublesided tape along the borders to snug it to the bumper wall so that you dont need to use screws. Use 3M black doublesided tape not the gray one.
