***Update-6-29***
I need to buy a new header, my oem is horribly cracked w/a half-assed weld job, and the heat shield is cracked and missing half the bolts. I've searched the site and found that most of you have bought the ebay aftermarket header(typically for the corolla), and have to do some modifications to make it fit(i.e. welding an extra piece of pipe, making a second bung hole for the second o2 sensor). That's all fine with me if I absolutely have to, but was wondering if anyone has purchased the one from M2 Performance: http://www.m2performance.net/product/produ...?productid=5932 Supposedly it's just for the Celica, or are there still mods as mentioned above? I'm not sure I even have the second o2 sensor as I have not been able to get under my car yet, and I have only an all stock 1.8 ST engine. Ideally I'd still like to be able to pass emissions though, so I don't know if this modification is worth the hassle if I can't pass emissions without a stock header. Thanks for any info you guys can share! This post has been edited by celicakitten: Jun 29, 2012 - 4:52 PM -------------------- 2004 Celica GT-2zz w/6-speed swap

honestly we are SOL when it comes to exhaust aftermarket support. our suspension support is great though. but in your case, why not try it. I wish DC made some for our cars. I need them in my life. I tried contacting them about it but they won't create it. Cool cause my suspension is next! As for the exhaust manifold update. Ordered the parts and received them, check. Paint and heat wrap, in progress. Problem areas, I can't for the life of me get ONE LAST bolt from the old manifold out of the block, and I tried the pb blaster stuff.........soooo what's the last resort since I stripped the threadings off and the bolt top itself broke off??? Also have another bolt like that from the manifold connected to the downpipe, and the second one won't budge either. Not really a big deal if I can lift the car higher then I'd be able to manuever the whole part of the exhaust out, but right now it's sorta stuck. I know this may seem like a no brainer, but this is my first major modification and could use all the help I can get(in detail!), that's why I'm here!!! ![]() -------------------- 2004 Celica GT-2zz w/6-speed swap
