How to affix(attach) TOM's lip?

trdproven View Member Profile Enthusiast Joined Aug 2, '05 From Guam Currently Offline Reputation: 15 (100%)	im not sure how i feel about a non-oem installation like that, i mean oem parts are not supposed to be installed like that, its supposed to be able to be removed and put on anytime you wish with no paint or install problems.
