So my car just hit the 200000 miles mark and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I would need if the original owner never changed any of the parts. Btw its an A/T

at 200,000 miles you need to list what you've already changed because there is a whole lotta things to change at that mileage if you haven't already done so.
General Maintenance wise. Air Filter Oil/Oil Filter Transmission Filter/New Fluid (assuming your trans is still good and is automatic) spark plugs/spark wires distributor if still good, then just get rotor. Timing belt, if going bad, might as well change the water pump. Tie Rods/Endlinks, ball joints whatever is bad, but at least you can inspect if its needed (SUSPENSION) Mounts if bad and shaking coolant change do you have any leaks anywhere? brake pads are still good no? check all fluid levels so far no one mentioned fuel filter Could be many things but spark plugs/wires, dizzy rotor, oil/oil filter, air filter, are pretty much the most commonly done, and of course, fuel filter. General Maintenance, mostly is in the air, ignition, or fuel areas, and of course oils/fluids. Others are more of repair/replace already.
