So my car just hit the 200000 miles mark and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I would need if the original owner never changed any of the parts. Btw its an A/T

If your tranny is jumpy change the solenoids. Change the tranny filter. Change tranny fluid. (Let me say I neglected to do anything to tranny, and now its dead...so learn from that and make sure to keep it in tip top shape!) Oil&Filter (I only use Toytota filters, you want that check valve!) Spark plugs Wires Check all your seals. Check your coolant, might be a good time to flush and refill. Check the timing belt. Intake filter Cabin filter Possibly new struts? Possibly new sensors? (I know my Water Temp went out at 205k) Check the motor mounts. Basically do a once over on the whole car, and change what you think needs to be changed. Im not too sure if our celicas have a cabin filter, the 7gc yes, but IDK about our cars, I'm pretty sure there wasn't something you can actually change out the filter. -------------------- 94 Celica GT
