So my car just hit the 200000 miles mark and I was wondering what kind of maintenance I would need if the original owner never changed any of the parts. Btw its an A/T

NEVER change the fluid in an automatic transmission you don't know the history of. If it's never been changed, or has been a considerable time since it was changed, the transmission depends on the grit and grime. You remove the grit and grime with new fluid and filter=slipping transmission.
